If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Website Use & Purpose

The Site is intended to provide information regarding athletic programs, gym signups, scheduling 1-on-1 training sessions, community foundation initiatives, and donor information. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Program Registration & Gym Signups

  • When registering for athletic programs, 1-on-1 training sessions, or gym access, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • Participants and guardians are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details and for restricting access to their devices to prevent unauthorized check-ins or scheduling.

  • GRIDIRON FOUNDATION reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions, programs, or events at its discretion.

4. Donations & Third-Party Processing

  • All online donations, fundraising contributions, and donor form submissions are hosted and processed through our third-party donation platform, Givecloud (https://the-gridiron-foundation.givecloud.co/fundraising/forms/8NDR96EK).

  • By submitting a donation, you agree to Givecloud's respective terms of service and payment processing policies. GRIDIRON FOUNDATION is not responsible for third-party payment processing errors or system downtime on third-party platforms.

5. Messaging & Communications (SMS/Email)

  • Consent: By voluntarily providing your phone number to GRIDIRON FOUNDATION via website forms, signups, or scheduling tools, you expressly consent to receive informational and transactional text (SMS) messages regarding your appointments, program schedules, gym check-ins, and foundation updates.

  • Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for customer support.

  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Privacy: Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
