DETAILS
- Grades 5-12 
- SPEED- Intermediate plyometric training, linear acceleration, max velocity development. 
- STRENGTH- Expansion of functional movement, increase athlete’s load force ability, athlete’s progression of lifting / strength. 
- AGILITY- Development of balance + coordination, increased conditioning capacity, increased ability + change of direction.
